The preparation of Cotechino Bio 250 g is very simple. Remove the INTEGRA alumunium vacuum bag containing the cotechino from the cardboard box and without opening it place it in boiling water for about 30/40 minutes.
Once removed from the water, open a corner of the package and drain the liquefied fat out.
Remove the cotechino from the package and start preparing it.
The first thing to do is remove it from its casing by making a small incision at the top and then peeling it off gently, taking care that the cotechino remains whole.
Once the casing is removed, the cotechino will be ready to be sliced and plated with its traditional side dishes.
