Technology enables woman to graduate high school decades later Karen Turvey stopped going to school after grade 10.

Being born with cerebral palsy makes communication difficult for Karen, and without access to the right technology to aid that challenge, she could no longer keep up with her peers.

Four decades later, Karen discovered the Technology Access Clinic at Hamilton Health Sciences and learned how to use new technology to help her communicate.

Her first goal to accomplish? Completing the high school diploma she left behind so many years ago.
