In her work Natalija focuses on creative approaches in teaching mathematics and other STEM subjects, developing both, scientific and lifelong learning competences. She encourages girls, minorities and students from rural areas to develop their full potential and secure better future education.
She was recognized as change maker in education by Microsoft Education community.
