Safaricom wants KSh. 1.3B debt settled before Airtel-Telkom joint venture

A day after Telkom Kenya accused Safaricom of undermining its joint venture with Airtel, Safaricom has fleshed out issues it would like resolved by the Communications Authority of Kenya if the joint venture between Airtel and Telkom Kenya is to be given the green light.
