Important to include India as part of RCEP agreement: Chee Hong Tat

Speaking at a business and innovation summit on India, Singapore Senior Minister of State for Trade and Industry Chee Hong Tat urged India to join the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) as it approaches the final stretch of negotiations. The free trade agreement will include ASEAN nations and six other countries. Mr Chee said it is important to include India as part of the agreement, given the size and potential of its economy.
