How to visualize your ideal body. Easier said than done? Not really. With everything it starts with a thought. Put that thought in your mind and visualize how you want to look. Maybe its being 20 pounds lighter, or having a flatter mid-section. What about having bigger arms, or a bigger chest. Whatever it is put that vision in your mind. Second, write your vision down. When writing them down it stays imbedded in your sub conscience. Read your visions daily. When you wake up, in the afternoon, and especially before going to sleep.
Then take applied action. Visualization is not enough. You must take it to another level by acting on your vision to come closer to your goal. That may be taking a walk, or riding your bicycle, joining a gym, or simply watching this YouTube channel. Put that vision in your head, write them down, Take applied action, and you are on your way to that new you.
