How to cut and stitch a designer sleeve like this||very easy and beautiful sleeves design

Length of the sleeves i wanted 10 inches so i have taken 15.5 inches long fabrics.Because 0.5+0.5 inches will go from top and bottom for stitching.So remains 14.5 inches .I have created 9 pleats each of them were having width of 0.5 inch that means total 9*0.5=4.5 inches will go in pleats.So we will get a perfect 10 inches long sleeve.
