So for all of you who have this dreaded skin condition you probably are aware of the countless amounts of money we've spent on makeup and skin care that just end up causing a Rosacea flare up. With the help of my life has been made SO MUCH EASIER! You can check products and ingredients before you buy them for potential ingredients that may cause flare ups and save your money.
A big thing is also even if they say that a product is fragrance free it might contain essential oils which are "natural" or alcohols that aren't usually classed as fragrance, but will still give you flare ups.
The beauty industry isn't very well regulated so lots of claims can be made about products that aren't true so it's important to become a detective and learn things to keep you from buying into falsities.
Rosacea is not only about skin care it's a combination of diet, and finding triggers etc. This video is just a tutorial on how to educate yourself on how to find out what is in your skin care.
Remember that fragrance is not only in Skin Care, but in makeup and also washing powder(that you wash your pillows with and sleep on ), toothpaste, shampoo etc. So make sure to eliminate these fragrances from your life as well.

What to look for in sunscreen:
Zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, or both
Silicone (may be listed as dimethicone, orcyclomethicone, or cyclomethicone)
No fragrance (label may say “fragrance free,” but if it says “unscented” choose another sunscreen)
Broad-spectrum protection
SPF 30 or higher
