Play mission until you get to the ladder, but never go up the ladder until you are done. Then complete the mission, or fail to replay from the last checkpoint to exploit rp faster. The video only shows the respawning location. It is not a walkthrough for the rest of the mission. I used a dummy console, but can be done with friends or randoms. Gameplay was set to Hard Difficulty in footage.
There is a max cap of rp able to be earned per mission. Feel free to complete the job or fail it at the point you stop earning rp per kill
