When It’s Advisable to Sell Your Home As-Is

Is it ever a good idea to sell your home in as-is condition? Yes, and today I’ll outline a couple scenarios that apply. The first is if you inherit a property with a lot of problems that you have neither the time nor money to fix. Be aware, though, that because of all the work involved in fixing up the home, you’ll typically get an offer below market value.
