What does the subconscious mind have to do with losing weight? WHAT DOES THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND HAVE TO DO WITH LOSING WEIGHT OR WORKING OUT?
We entertain about 75,000 thoughts each day, with only about 5% of them coming from the conscious mind. The other 95% of our thoughts are at the subconscious level. We are super efficient in just running these habitual, old programs in the background of our behaviors. A startling estimate is that about 80% of our thought are negative or in disagreement with our conscious thoughts.
