Unclogging Lots of Storm Drains Before and During a Storm

This video is mixed with some older videos of mine and was filmed on 3 different days. I am thinking about buying infrared for darker lighting. The Jacket was given to me by a nice railroad employee when he saw me in a railroad ditch clearing pipes. He said they don't clean them unless it causes a problem first
