Today we meet Tom (THERE IS NO TOUR- JUST THE INTERVIEW)-He has lived on wheels for over 18 years-- yes, you read that right, 18 years!! Now listen to this, in that time he has lived in 143 different vehicles! He operates under the philosophy of buying a cheap vehicle, repair whatever is required and keep it running for as long as you can, then sell it and buy another vehicle. Of course, you have to be a pretty decent mechanic to make it work, but not an expert, just able to learn what you need to do as it comes up--Youtube makes that possible! Here is the really remarkable thing, almost none of those 143 vehicles cost him more than $800, and generally, the less it cost, the better it was and longer it ran--go figure!
