HMO benefit or mostly know as Health Coverage is one of the perks in the workplace. Most employees choose to stay on their work just because they feel secure with having health coverage, especially if they have a dependent. Some are even taking the risk to transfer to another company just to avail of much better health coverage.

The question is, will I have health coverage if I choose to work from home? Will my client provide it for me? In this video, I will give my answer based on my experience.
