Man Stands in the Middle of the Tracks While a Train Approaches + 2 Months of Bath, PA Railfanning

While railfanning in Bath, PA, I saw a man standing in the middle of the tracks. At first, I thought, "maybe he'll get out of the way when he gets closer," but I got concerned when the crossing activated, so I told him to get off of the tracks myself. Also included in this video are some other catches between June 2019 and July 2019.

They narrowly miss several cars ignoring the crossing and trying to beat the train. Even a truck tries to beat the train! After the train passes, a police cars races across the tracks, sirens blaring and lights flashing.
