Decay and decline: Seaside towns desperate for investment

A lack of investment, employment and "appalling" transport links are putting the UK's coastal towns at risk according to the chair of a new all-party parliamentary group tasked with reviving seaside resorts.

The Hartlepool MP Mike Hill says coastal communities cannot rely on seasonal trade alone.

Sky's west of England correspondent Dan Whitehead has been to Torbay in Devon to look at the challenges facing those living by the seaside.
