This video was VERY hard for me to post but something in me told me I had to post it. I was put on this earth to help others and that is exactly what I'll continue doing by sharing my struggles with you guys along the way. I'm sharing this because I want you to know nothing is EVER what it looks like on social media. I have people saying I look like I'm "glowing" or "thriving" or "look so happy" daily but I haven't been as sad as I am now in a VERY long time. It's dark & freaking hard. Some days are much better than others. It's very up & down and so hard to explain but I hope you guys get what I'm trying to say.
If you're reading this right now and you are struggling with ANY addiction, disorder, or any mental health issues, PLEASE SEEK OUT FOR HELP BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE. Put YOU first. Fight that other side of you because I know it's not the real you. Stop letting that darkness control you and TAKE ACTION. Talk to someone, go to therapy..etc. Do whatever is going to help you best.
