Using a GPS on Betaflight: Setup, and looking at Rescue mode

Using a GPS on Betaflight: Setup, and looking at Rescue mode I had a GPS left over from my slightly unsuccessful Ardupilot experiment, so let's see how we can use it in Betaflight. Both for looking at useful stuff like out direction to home, distance out, speed, height, etc as well as looking at how GPS rescue mode is setup and used.

The BN-180 was suggested to me as better as it was even smaller and lighter !
