Lack of standardization, changes and improvements

Lack of standardization, changes and improvements You are pretty much guaranteed to have numerous standards for every standard that you created. If that math goes for each of us, then the planet is pretty much overwhelmed with non-standardization.

Where have I been? I've been right here in Tulsa, making tons of improvements but something changed at work in May and July 2018. Every position turned-over. Everyone except me left for one reason or another, I got promoted and it's been hell ever since. My workload is psychotic. The workloads aren't evenly distributed and everyone is only shows up for the paycheck. No one has a clue how to engineer a process to reduce/eliminate the waste. I feel trapped and surrounded by people that go to work for the socializing, water-cooler gossip, free coffee in the morning, free donuts on safety meeting days, etc... I could write a book on just how horrible things are but I don't want to bore you with the knowledge...just wanted to give you an update.

Anyone else out there with a sense of duty?
