So the way this challenge works is like this... All 3 squad mates in your party can help each other out. Any enemy one of your squad mates tags, that you also happen to tag, and then is eliminated by someone in your party, will count towards the challenge.
I completed all of it in Rumble. My friend and I just stuck together and called out targets. We got it done after a couple of games. Good luck!
