I often go to text her and then think "s**t she’s not here" and then I’ll have a little moment and I’ll get upset.'The television personality added that she was spending £50 to £60 per week to help her cope with her grief. She continued: 'I love it, it gives me 45 or 50 minutes to just speak for myself and talk about Sammy, and have a little cry or whatever.
