Try this alphabet soup using Swanson pork bone broth (alternatively use Miso paste or anchovies/ikan bilis powder as soup base) - value added, nutrition aside, with chopped onions for some prebiotics, a piece of smashed ginger for some heat, sliced/diced lotus roots for the crunch, diced carrots for the sweetness, cherry tomatoes for some tangyness, fresh shiitake mushrooms for some spongyness, watercress for extra veggies & boiled prawns for added proteins...all in one pot & done in about 30-45 mins.
