Hi, I’m Laith Wallace a Speaker and UX Designer with almost a decade of experience working with Global brands such as Aviva, Orange, Nestle, British Airways, Discovery Networks and Eurosport to name a few.
In this talk I will explore how I overcame personal challenges in my own business that made me in debt and homeless. To eventually I was able to turn things around and in this talk I’ll share the exact formula and strategies I used to have a profitable company.
In this talk I will also explore ways to unlock customer desire while leveraging business feasibility to hone in on a viable business model for long-term growth and success of any product and service. When product creators can balance these core tenets they are operating in a sweet spot of innovation.
