The most important video I've ever made. (Getting off antidepressants)

As I post this I am feeling hopeless (again) and still trying desperately to push through. This is the most vulnerable I have ever been online. I want to thank the friends and family who are now here for me, and all of you. Thank you for coming along on this journey with me, for your support, for your love. I still have such low, low days & some really AMAZING days too. It's going to take a very long time for me to readjust to life. I'm scared, but sometimes, I'm also excited. I am forcing myself to push through my dark thoughts and be hopeful for goodness to come to me. I hope light shines on whoever needs it. I will do another update down the line.
