Small brands, medium-sized brands, and big brands all have one thing in common: they want to grow. We have worked with hundreds of brands, and so far we haven’t found any that doesn’t want to grow. When running an apparel brand it is a good idea to constantly look for opportunities for improvement. A tip is to at least, after every accomplished season to look in the rear mirror and reflect. What went well, what went south, and where are there possibilities? This helps a lot with the planning for the next year.
