► Liangpi Recipe, 2-3 bowls (凉皮) 🍜

500g all purpose flour
1tsp salt
250g water

► Quick & Easy Chili Oil (油泼辣子)

1 cup sizzlin' hot oil
2 pieces star anis
2 Tbsp sichuan peppercorns

1/2 cup chili flakes
1/2 cup sesame seeds
2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp dark Chinese vinegar

► Seasoned Garlic Water (蒜水)

2 pieces star anis
1 Tbsp sichuan peppercorns
1 cup water
4-5 cloves of garlic, finely minced
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp dark Chinese vinegar
