Create your seating plan in no time! Learn how easy it is to seat your guests in Table Planner with simple drag & drop! Press and hold on your selected guest until they are highlighted, then hold, drag and drop the guest onto a table.
To seat several guests in one go, press, drag and hold the first guest in the group from the Guest List column. Whilst holding the first guest, tap on additional guests to add them to the group. Hold, drag and drop the selection to your chosen table.
To move guests between tables, press, hold and drag your guest to the desired new table.
To move several guests between tables at the same time, press, drag and hold your first guest slightly away from the table. Whilst holding the first guest, tap on the other guests you want to move. Hold, drag and drop your selection to your chosen table.
To move a guest around the table, press, hold and drag your guest to move them into another seat.
To remove a guest from a table, press, hold and drag your guest to the bottom of the screen, or press, hold and drag back to the Guest List.
To remove multiple guests from a table at the same time, press, hold and drag your first guest slightly away from the table. Whilst holding the first guest, tap on the other guests you want to remove. Then hold and drag towards the Guest List and Drop or hold and drag towards the bottom of the screen and drop.
