| Abel Albonetti's High-Volume Leg Workout for Mass | (Starts at 3:00)
1. Barbell Squats: 6X10
2. Hack Squats: 5x12
3. Leg Press: 6x20
4. Superset, Ex 1- Dumbbell Walking Lunge: 5x10
Ex 2- Leg Extensions 5x12-15
5. Superset, Ex 1- Lying Leg Curls: 5x15
Last set is a double drop set
Ex 2- Sissy Squats: 5x10
Every set is a drop set
6. Superset, Ex 1- Seated Calf Raise: 5x10-12
Ex 2- Standing Calf Raise: 5x10-12
Last two sets are double drop sets.

| Back Squat |
