Centre Sends Advisory To West Bengal Govt, Expresses The Centre on Sunday expressed "deep concern" over continuing violence in West Bengal even after conclusion of the general elections and issued a stern advisory to the state government.

This is the first advisory issued to any state government after former BJP president Amit Shah took reins as the Union home minister. The latest advisory also comes as the first rap of the BJP government at the Centre to the Mamata Banerjee government on the deteriorating law and order situation .
