This is what I usually eat in a day, mostly vegan plant based. In the mornings I always start my day with Kombucha and lemon water. Then I move on to a big bowl of probiotic rich kefir and fruits topped with musli. So filling and nourishing and good for the soul too. Around 2pm I usually have lunch. On this day black beans, maize and root vegetable stew. In the evening I eat light and stay bright with either fruits, bread, soups, cereals or sometimes I have a naughty snack. ★☆★MY BOOKS ★☆★ Eat for Beauty:
