Ninjen got us a new permission to metal detect here in New Hampshire, but also with a purpose. The landowner had lost an earring about 10 years ago and we are going to see if we can find it.
The situation as that this property has been lived o or occupied one way or another since the mid 1700s so the yard is loaded with almost 300 years of stuff & things.
The three of us all run the Garrett ATGOLD metal detector and give it a good go trying to find the gold earring. In the process we are digging up old buttons, clad coins, buckles , suspenders, toys, tombac buttons, old coppers and a few great relics. Both Beardo & Ninjen find bale seals.
