The two Premier League managers Juventus want - and neither is Maurizio Sarri

The two Premier League managers Juventus want - and neither is Maurizio Sarri Juventus are reportedly targeting Pep Guardiola or Mauricio Pochettino as their new manager, with Maurizio Sarri only regarded as a back-up option.  The Italian giants are on the look out for a new head coach following the departure of Massimiliano Allegri, who has left the club after winning five successive Serie A titles.   And reports on Wednesday claimed that Juve players have already been told that Chelsea manager Sarri will take charge of the Turin club this summer.   However, it seems that may not be the case after Italian football expert Adam Digby suggested City boss Guardiola and Tottenham manager Pochettino top their wishlist.   When asked whether he thinks Sarri will take charge of Juve before next season, Digby told Sky Sports : "I really don't. Juve see him almost like a fall-back.  "They're looking at Pep Guardiola and we know they're looking at Mauricio Pochettino. They're still trying to target one of those two, but keeping Maurizio Sarri as a fall-back option.  "I think that's why the issue of Sarri's compensation and getting out of his contract at Chelsea is taking so long; because Juve are not stood there saying, 'OK, we'll just pay it and have this manager'.  "They would like to have him in case, but they're not going to pay money up front because they might get the man that they actually want."  After leading Chelsea to their Europa League victory on Wednesday, Sarri said he would discuss his future with Chelsea - but believes he deserves to stay at Stamford Bridge next season.   The taskmaster Italian boss claimed the first major trophy of his managerial career as Chelsea thrashed Arsenal 4-1 to claim the Europa League title in Baku.   Sarri is being courted by Juventus for a return to Serie A after just one year in west London, but insisted in the wake of the Europa League triumph that he wants to remain with the Blues.  The former investment banker now hopes to meet with Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich to thrash out the way forward, though he has two years left on his current Blues contract.  "You know very well that I love the Premier League, the level of the competition, and I am lucky because I am in Chelsea, one of the best teams in the best championship in the world," said Sarri.  "So at the moment I am happy, but of course I want to know if the club is happy, if we can improve.  "It's normal I think; I have a discussion with the owner after every season with every club."
