Makueni woman Rep Rose Museo has cautioned her fellow political leaders on the unnecessary emphasis on fake gold scandal which has hit headlines in the past one week. The woman rep who said has sensed malice in the fight to bring to book the perpetrators and the manner in which its being peddled, urged leaders to put more emphasis in the building bridges initiative instead and leave the role of investigation to the right agencies mandated to carry out the investigations.
She also said that over concentrating on such a trial matter is a ploy to divert attention of millions of Kenya who are dying of hunger and in dire need of their service delivery. She said those who are taking advantage of this scandal to engage in a mudsling spree to change their mind and focus on the bigger picture of preaching peace and uniting Kenyans.
