Thanks to youtuber Revengestar for explaining this on her channel. I have a habit of repeating routines like a goddam terminator robot, relentlessly. I will crank, spam, workout, train, and pursue whatever in an infinite loop once I get started, which is a very useful skill in the business world. If you enjoy or require sleeping at night, I am not the type of fellow you want to cross or make enemies with.
I literally cannot sleep unless I do this workout and go running everyday along with my other processes and subroutines. I'm a highly programmable advanced monkey.
