Now, back to today’s topic- How to find the perfect employee. Someone which will be a perfect fit without compromise!
Let’s say you posted a position opening on a job portal (like Indeed or LinkedIn) and you are beginning to see some resumes come in. Well, first, that is awesome! Your posting was appealing to the population of candidates looking for work.
Take that with a grain of salt though, the best candidates will not see your position posting and there is a reason for this; they are not looking for a job change.
