ASMR in my Backyard | ASMR in Different Places Flood the brain with ASMR triggers!
Recorded with a Galaxy 7s Edge camera. Edited with Sony Vegas. What type of sounds do you like? Let me know and I'll try and make a video with that sound. ASMR sounds for sleep. Nature sounds and tapping sounds for sleep and tingles.
ASMR can help in many ways. I came across asmr in 2016 and it helped me sleep and relax. I decided to make asmr in December of 2018. Making asmr literally relaxes me to an extreme point which led me to keep making videos. Plus, I really enjoy exploring different sounds and how they can make you feel. I hope you subscribe and stick around.

ASMR is a physical sensation characterised by a pleasurable tingling that typically begins in the head and scalp. It is commonly triggered by soft or accented voices, personal attention, ambient sounds or watching people work silently, among others.
