This was supposed to be a funny way to explain to you how article 13, from the European Parliament, will affect your YouTube account, meme page, gamer account or fan page. I’m against how article 13 was written. Personally, I think that there will be an article 14 to clarify article 13. It’s not clear at all... Either Memes page and so won’t YouTube accounts (theoretically) won’t close. All the 28 EU’s member has two years to apply it and everyone may be doing this in a different way.
