USING THE MOST NEGLECTED CHARACTERS IN THE JUMP FORCE ROSTER! Jump Force Cell/Frieza Online Ranked

These are BY FAR the most underused characters in all of JUMP FORCE so I wanted to try them out and see just why that is. Frieza is the most underused character out of the two, but cell has good supers he can use.
