It’s been shown that ‘nice guys’ often struggle of lack of confidence, and this can be traced back to the caveman times, because you may think that will keep you out of trouble. Spoiler alert: it won’t. It does the contrary actually: usually nice guys are the ones getting picked on the most because they are seen as harmless.
There’s on crucial shift that has to be done in order to stop acting that way, and that is ownership. Ownership is the capacity to accept ourselves in each and every moment, in the good and the bad, just knowing we are enough no matter what.
