Ingredients:
Onion (प्याज़) : 2
All Purpose Flour(मैदा) : 1/2 cup(60 gm)
Corn Flour : 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes : 1/2 tsp or as per taste
Salt : 1/2 tsp or as per taste
Black Pepper : 1/4 tsp
Bread Crumbs as required
Water as required
Oil to deep fry
Coriander to garnish
Steps :
- Cut onion in round shape and separate shells of it.
- In a bowl, combine all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, red chili flakes , black pepper and water to make a smooth paste.
- Make fresh bread crumbs by grinding breads in to a mixer.
- Dip onion shells into batter and cover up with bread crumbs.
- Deep fry these until golden brown.
- Served hot with tea/coffee and coriander chutney.
